Job summary

Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing materials. You will maintain inventory accuracy, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and help keep a clean, organized warehouse in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including inventory software and Microsoft Office.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift/move heavy items.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantity and quality.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments with accurate labeling.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage shipping schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records via cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Track and report inventory discrepancies, damage, or loss.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Operate warehouses equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Complete and maintain records of warehouse transactions.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and other metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse team, supervisors, and other departments.

About the Role:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods, and contributing to a clean and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
