Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Orlando seeks a Warehouse/Facilities Operations Assistant to manage shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory of pharmacy and office supplies. You will work with vendors to ensure a safe, secure environment protecting people, property, and products.

The role involves operating dock equipment, performing routine facility checks, and supporting HR and Security in emergencies. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in facility, warehousing or safety work.
• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year prior experience with dock equipment.
• The ability to communicate effectively.
• The ability to provide quality customer service to clients and colleagues.
• Follows all established Client policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software, such as Word and Excel, is preferred.
• Experience with dock operation equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other dock equipment.
• Experience managing supplies inventory.
• Ability to follow oral/written instructions: communicate effectively with Management, colleagues, and external customers.
• Prior experience in shipping and receiving is an added plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, warehousing, and supplies inventory management tasks.
• Use dock equipment such as pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks.
• Process incoming/outgoing deliveries and deliver to recipients.
• Provide general facility support including light maintenance and room setups.
• Monitor security and facility policies for employees, guests, and vendors.
• Make routine facility checks to ensure safety and security.
