Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience managing facilities, vendor relationships, and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and facility operations for safety and efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for building owners, property managers, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with maintenance, HVAC, security, waste, dock, and service providers.
• Conduct regular inspections of facility, equipment, and storage areas.
• Lead staff through coaching, scheduling, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and lead safety meetings and investigations.
• Partner with Operations and Project teams to support execution and customer needs.
• Monitor labor utilization, productivity, and operational performance metrics.
• Maintain facility records, inspections, vendor documentation, and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
