Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a client in the warehousing and distribution sector to hire a Building Maintenance Technician. You will join the Facilities Support team supporting warehouse operations, with a 10:00 am–7:15 pm, Monday–Friday shift and a pay rate of $16 per hour.

Key duties include routine janitorial work, minor repairs and preventative maintenance, regular safety inspections, operating cleaning equipment safely, and assisting with seasonal and exterior cleanup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse facility through routine janitorial duties.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance to support efficient operations.
• Inspect the facility regularly to identify safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with seasonal maintenance activities and exterior cleanup efforts.
