Job Description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Part-Time / Full-Time Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations at our Charlotte, North Carolina facility. This role offers flexible hours and is ideal for students or individuals seeking part-time or full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties related to shipping and receiving
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Label boxes and include required shipping documentation
• Receive boxes and pallets from couriers and trucklines at the dock
• Check in new inventory and capture product photos using a mobile application

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Work Schedule

• 4-5 days per week
• Approximately 5 hours per day

Note

• The hourly pay range for this role is between $18 to $25, depending on the experience
• This role will be on an independent contractor basis (not full-time employment).
• Payments are made once a month, and the first payment can take around 5+ weeks from the start date due to the payment cycle.
• The company does not deduct payroll taxes — you would be responsible for handling your own taxes
