Job summary

The Warehouse Specialist at ServiceSource, Inc. handles work orders, delivery and set-up of office equipment and furniture, and event setup. You will maintain a clean, safe environment and deliver excellent customer service to clients and staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating moves, handling waste, loading/unloading, and supporting mailroom, logistics, and security as needed. Willingness to work nights/weekends and adhere to safety standards is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years direct warehouse experience required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Class B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and coordinate delivery/set-up of office equipment and furniture.
• Load and unload trucks of various sizes and assist with event setup.
• Inspect received materials and prepare pallets for shipments.
• Provide backup for other departments as needed.
• Follow NGA and DOD regulations and maintain safe work environment.
