Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in St. Louis to manage work orders, deliver and set up office equipment and furniture, and assist with events. You will maintain a clean, safe environment and deliver strong customer service to clients and employees.

The role involves loading/unloading trucks, handling pallets, and ensuring proper disposal and recycling. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or state certified equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of direct experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Class B CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and coordinate work orders via Outlook daily.
• Load and unload trucks of various sizes and prepare pallets for shipments.
• Respond to special event requests and set up/tear down as needed.
• Inspect received materials and ensure quality and quantity.
• Follow NGA and DOD regulations; maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Provide backup for mailroom, logistics, and security as needed.
