Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform warehousing duties under supervision.

The role includes receiving, inspecting, and storing materials per the storage plan and multi-climate layout, ensuring proper QA, and preparing stock for outbound shipments. Responsibilities include maintaining the WMS, coordinating storage space, directing Stock Clerks, and handling inbound flows while supporting peak training cycles and occasional weekend activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience; food logistics preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or can be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies.
• Maintain and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate storage footprints and warehouse capacity with Shipping & Receiving.
• Direct Stock Clerks during inbound windows.
• Store, stack, and palletize materials across dry, refrigerated, and freezer zones.
• Manage periodic inventory counts and report deterioration or damage.

Education

1-2 years in industrial warehouse setting
