Job summary

ReaderLink Distribution Services, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator in our Production department to safely operate powered industrial trucks and move materials to support production needs. The role requires attentiveness, reliability, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities include unloading, stacking, transporting loads, inventory assistance, and adherence to safety procedures. Regular attendance is essential as the work cannot be performed remotely.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• 1+ years' experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent, may substitute.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of computerized inventory control system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and stacks material by operating lifting device.
• Moves levers and pedals to drive truck and control movement.
• Positions forks and transports loads to designated area.
• Inventories materials on the work floor and supplies needed.
• Labels materials and records information on cases.
• Loads/unloads product onto/off pallets or lifting devices.
• Conveys materials from storage to designated area.
• Communicates with customers on bills of lading and directions.
• Regular, reliable attendance is required; not remote.
