URBN in Kansas City, KS is hiring an Equipment Operator to fulfill warehouse orders using forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks. You’ll support the team on the warehouse floor and ensure orders are processed efficiently while maintaining a strong safety mindset.

This full-time role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED is a plus, and the ability to follow instructions, work with RF scanners and touchscreens, and handle overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED is a plus.
• Ability to follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus.
• Able to operate department-specific technology, such as RF scanners and touchscreens.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and compliance while operating warehousing equipment.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Work in a multi-task environment and follow instructions to meet productivity and quality.
• Able to operate RF scanners and desktop touchscreens to track products.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
