Job summary

URBN is seeking an Equipment Operator in Kansas City, MO to fulfill warehouse orders using PITs like forklifts and pallet jacks. The role requires teamwork, safety, and accurate task execution, with a Sunday-Wednesday schedule 7:00am–5:30pm.

You will operate RF scanners and touchscreens to track product locations, maintain a clean work area, and assist the team on the warehouse floor. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, and the company offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED a plus.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and compliance standards while performing duties and operating warehousing equipment.
• Work in a team environment and also independently as needed.
• Operate department-specific technology to track product locations (RF scanners, touchscreens).
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Support the warehouse team on the floor and perform other duties as assigned.
