Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to fulfill warehouse orders using PIT equipment like forklifts and order pickers. The role supports the team to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and efficiency on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include safety-first operation, teamwork, and using RF scanners or touchscreens to track product location. The position requires 18+ and flexibility for overtime, with benefits and wage growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED a plus.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus.
• Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Able to respectfully work in a team environment, in addition to working independently.
