URBN is seeking an Equipment Operator at our Kansas City, KS facility to fulfill warehouse orders using forklifts, order pickers, and pallet drivers. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accurate use of RF scanners and touchscreens to track products.

The position requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work the Sunday-Wednesday 5:30pm-4:00am shift. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED as a plus, and experience in warehousing or with heavy

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and compliance standards while operating warehousing equipment.

• Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Operate department-specific technology (RF scanners, touchscreens) to track products.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Handle all other duties as assigned by leadership.
