Staffmark Group is hiring Equipment Operators in Ashford, AL, offering $18.00 per hour with a 1st shift. Join a fast-paced warehouse team to safely operate forklifts, manage inventory, and support shipments and receiving.

The role emphasizes experience with RF scanners, WMS/ERP systems, and solid safety practices. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with forklift certification beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
• Safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Pick orders using RF scanners and operate at elevated heights when needed.
• Handle put-away, replenishment, staging, and product movement.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation using WMS or ERP systems.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety standards.
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.
