Job summary

Staffmark Group in Cranbury, NJ is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely transport materials, support inventory movement, and help maintain efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

This role requires forklift or powered equipment experience, warehouse safety knowledge, and the ability to load, unload, stack, and locate inventory accurately; HS diploma preferred and on-site work at our Cranbury facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse training or powered industrial truck training beneficial.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
