Job summary

ReaderLink Distribution Services, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator in Ogden, UT to safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers and pallet jacks within a high-volume distribution center.

You will load/unload goods, transport materials, perform safety checks, and keep work areas clean while coordinating with internal teams. Overtime, including weekends, may be required. You will work with WMS/RF systems and basic math tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse setting.
• Must pass ReaderLink Powered Industrial Truck Safety and Certification training to obtain a license valid for three years.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers and pallet jacks safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Load, unload, retrieve, stack and store products in an organized, efficient manner.
• Transport products to designated areas to support operations.
• Perform daily safety checks and report hazards or incidents.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to support operations.
• May require overtime including weekends.
• Perform basic math tasks and use RF scanning tools.
