Job summary

ReaderLink is seeking a Powered Industrial Truck Operator to safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers and pallet jacks in a high-volume distribution center. The role requires one year of experience, passing safety training, and basic WMS/RF skills.

Daily responsibilities include loading/unloading, stacking, transporting goods, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. The position may require overtime including weekends, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and effective

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Must be able to pass ReaderLink safety & certification training for a 3-year license.
• Basic computer skills with WMS, RF and scanning experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, stack and store products in a neat, safe and productive manner.
• Transport products to designated areas to support operations.
• Complete forklift operator daily checklists on assigned equipment.
• Report accidents, near misses or hazards to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain clean work areas and communicate with internal/external customers.
• Perform duties including overtime as required, including weekends.
• Apply basic math for counts and measurements as needed.
