Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Salt Lake City to move materials for shipping, processing and receiving. You will load, unload, scan, locate, pick, relocate and stack products while operating forklifts and other equipment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for up to 8 hours daily, and adaptability to mandatory overtime. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with related experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods daily.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and flexibility for mandatory overtime.

Responsibilities

• Catalogues, records, and organizes materials at the warehouse; prepare materials for order assembly.
• Fulfills worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules and requisitions.
• Locates and gathers products for movement to production, assembly, or shipping areas.
• Assembles, builds, wraps, sorts, and transports customer orders.
• Operates hand truck, cart, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to move items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
