Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Waterloo, IA area to support inbound shipments, picking, packing and general warehouse duties. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient operations on a mid-day shift with overtime as needed.

Start rate of $24.50 Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts.

Monthly Incentive Bonus based on performance

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Inbound Shipments: Receive and register inbound shipments accurately, ensuring all goods are accounted for.
• General Warehouse Duties: Perform various tasks to facilitate the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Support site management in following Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
• Order Resolution: Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to find solutions.
• Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack goods ready for dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Policy Adherence: Strictly follow Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Attendance: Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our operational needs.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center role.
• Skills: Outstanding attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Certifications: Forklift or other equipment operator certifications preferred but not required.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $30.15

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
