Position: Warehouse Equipment Operator

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday - Friday, 11:00 pm - 7:30 am, with overtime

• Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts.
• Rate: $23.00 per hour (including $2.00 shift differential)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses up to $5.50 per direct hour based on performance.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification required.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance.
• Material handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-offer background check & drug screening required.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and store products accurately and safely.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies.
• Perform transactional tasks using Labor Management System.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
• Use RF units/scanners or voice units for tasks.
• Follow SOPs and OSHA standards.
• Participate in meetings and report concerns.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $26.13 per hour/monthly for salaried roles or hourly for others. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives. Wages may vary based on location and regulations.
