Overview

Full-Time Only. As our Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating stock picking and forklift equipment at heights of up to 40 feet to replenish merchandise in warehouse locations, contributing to our goal to Make Life More Fun every day!

Wages start at $18 per hour for this full-time position at our La Vista (114th & Giles) location. Employees can earn performance-based bonuses and may receive a $2 shift differential for swing shifts working from 3-11:30 pm. Our shift times are 6 am-2:30 pm or 3-11:30 pm.

Detailed Description

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, turret trucks, and related equipment to move products within the warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Check work for quality and accuracy to ensure excellent customer service.
• Use technology such as scanners and radios, following screen prompts and instructions.
• Work independently and collaboratively to foster a fun and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines, including listening for warning horns and observing warning lights.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, squat, and bend frequently during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and carry items for 4 feet.
• Occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Push and pull totes and carts weighing up to 50 pounds with force.
• Work in elevated areas up to 28 feet high.
• Reach heights up to 6 feet.
• Use step stools and climb stairs occasionally.
