Job summary

Second Harvest Food Bank Santa Cruz County is hiring a Warehouse/Driver to support inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment at our Watsonville location. You will operate a forklift, pick and pack orders, and assist with deliveries as a driver backup, ensuring food safety and warehouse standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of inventory and warehousing experience.
• Experience in safe food handling and storage.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack fresh, frozen, and dry food orders with scanners.
• Safely drive a forklift and assist with counts/restocking.
• Complete shipping, receiving, unloading documentation per procedures.
• Backup driver for routes and ensure food safety standards.
• Maintain clean, orderly storage and report maintenance needs.
