Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record; responsible and professional.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and barcoding.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes, and stores incoming product shipments.
• Inspects shipments; notes damages/shortages on delivery documents.
• Verifies contents against packing lists and prepares receiving reports.
• Stores products in proper locations by bin number; counts and confirms inventory.
• Selects products from inventory to fill customer orders.
• Packs, scans, and stages items for transfer or customer pickup; ensures proper packaging.
• Processes documents for shipments and orders; assists with loading delivery vehicles.
• Handles customer returns per policy and reports discrepancies to supervisors.
• Performs periodic cycle counts and investigates stock discrepancies.
• Maintains warehouse safety and cleanliness; reports unsafe conditions.
• Operates hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts and order pickers safely.
• Wears PPE and follows MSDS procedures; maintains certifications.
• Supports additional duties to help efficient store operations.
