Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Jessup, MD is hiring a Warehouse/Driver. The role will balance warehouse duties (picking, loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, forklift operation) with occasional tire and wheel deliveries using a company vehicle.

The candidate should have a valid driver's license, be DOT-compliant, at least 21, and willing to cross state lines. Benefits include health insurance options, 401(k) matching, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard regular driver’s license (some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required)
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; be at least 21 years old; be eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required
• Be insured under company driving policy
• Safely operate a company vehicle and a forklift
• Manually move tires between 30 – 80 lbs daily (80 lbs+ requires a team lift)

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service
• Perform warehouse duties such as picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, and operating equipment like a forklift
• Load and unload products, maintain the assigned vehicle, and manage returns and payments as needed
