Job summary

Tireco Distributors (TD) is seeking a Warehouse/Driver in Jessup, MD. The role combines warehouse tasks with occasional tire and wheel deliveries, emphasizing reliable customer service and safe operation of a company vehicle.

You will handle order picking, shipping/receiving, forklift duties, and vehicle deliveries with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard regular driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required.
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical.
• Be at least 21 years old; eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle and a forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ requires a team lift.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: picking orders, loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving.
• Operate a forklift and assist in warehouse tasks 90% of the time.
• Safely deliver tires and wheels using company vehicle; provide friendly customer service.
• Load/unload product, manage returns, and handle payments when applicable.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Day

JOB TITLE: Warehouse/Driver

As a Warehouse/Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for warehouse duties such as picking orders, loading and unloading trucks, shipping and receiving, and operating equipment such as a forklift. Although you will be in the warehouse 90% of the time, you will also assist in safely delivering tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle.
