Job summary

Tireco Distributors in Jessup, MD is hiring a Driver to handle tire deliveries locally. The role requires operating a box truck, crossing state lines as needed, and maintaining safe, timely service for customers.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license (some states Class D), meet DOT requirements, be 21+, and be able to lift tires up to 80 lbs with assistance as needed. The position offers weekly pay, paid time off, holidays, insurance options, 401(k) and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid standard driver’s license; some states may require Class D; no CDL required.
• Meet DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; 21+ years old; willing to cross state lines.
• Be insured under the company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Able to manually move tires between 30–80 lbs daily; 80 lbs+ requires a team lift.
• Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck.
