Primary Purpose -

To provide assistance and support to both internal and external customers.

SCHEDULE -

Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm

Essential Duties And Responsibilities -

• Deliver orders to customers professionally and timely.
• Receive daily rush orders and weekly corporate and Tigard orders.
• Check stage on orders.
• Put away stock in warehouse and pull will-call orders for customer pickup.
• Maintain bin locations.
• Process ship-outs from Bend branch.
• Handle warranty and returns, ensuring paperwork is properly filled out.
• Prepare warranty and returns for shipment to Tigard branch and/or vendors.
• Order and return compressed gas tanks as needed.
• Clean and straighten the warehouse daily.
• Work well as a team player.
• Follow all company policies and store standards.

Other Duties And Responsibilities –

• Assist with counter/phone sales and inform customers of backorders.
• Recycle cardboard and empty branch garbage twice a week.
• Fill freight claims as needed. Assist with stocking showroom. Attend ongoing training classes.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS –

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; 2-3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and material handling.
• HVAC/R experience with customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Salary: Starting at $20/hour
