Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Warehouse Driver in Bellevue, OH to load, unload and move finished goods, operate the forklift, and ensure accurate inventory control. You will cooperate with the team to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires reading, writing, and understanding English, plus prior manufacturing/warehouse experience. Forklift certification is required or obtainable, with GMP familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing and warehouse environment is required.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift license.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Experience with scan guns is preferred.
  • Experience with GMP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Load/unload, sort and prepare finished goods.
  • Meet daily production goals and maintain safety standards.
  • Maintain and clean work areas and report equipment issues.
  • Operate forklift and ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • Record defects, write logs, and transfer goods to appropriate areas.

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures of Amcor to provide for a safe and healthful workplace.

Work in a safe manner at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor in order that the situation can be corrected.

Report all accidents and near misses in a timely manner when they occur.

Maintain proper ergonomics at all times when performing assigned tasks.

To meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Amcor.

Meet daily production goals and departmental objectives as directed.

Clean all assigned work areas after completion of the required work, return all tools to proper storage area at the end of the shift and report any malfunctioning equipment.

This includes applying Good Manufacturing Practices to meet plant goals.

Reports daily on Master Cleaning Schedule.

Direct all non-conforming parts to the appropriate reprocess area.

Maintains standard production objectives through proper machine operation and accurately records production.

Communicates production information at shift change.

Maintain proper radio etiquette when using company radios, PA system and/or phone, business use only.

Perform other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loading:

Complete QA dig outs and return requests

Preform basic dunnage sort, stack and count procedures

Preform Receiving Functions

Record defects on appropriate form during inbound receiving MTP form (FCD 3036) Receiving Checklist (FCD 0207)

Verifies receipt items and quantity of inbound shipments

Inspects incoming materials according to SOP-0002 & FCD 0207

Perform Shipping Function

Create Pick Sheet Transfers information and prints BOLs

Scans to delivery using RF unit

Navigates forklift computer/MII to access shipping screens

Transfers finished goods to staging or storage areas.

Loads finished goods onto trucks in a timely manner to meet customer’s delivery requirements.

Accurately completes all written logs and data input to include closing sequences on tickets and printing bill of lading.

Ensures accurate inventory counts and notifies lead/supervisor of discrepancies.

Removes/Reworks and damaged products on pallets.

Load/unload dunnage trailers.

Unload performs and sort into proper area

Load pallets and plastic onto trailers or other transportation vehicles

Move raw material as directed.

Complete proper paperwork for incoming/outgoing materials.

Conveyor:

Performs all duties related to dunnage.

Sort, inspect, select, discard materials as required etc…

Perform daily operational check of forklift.

Cleans forklift as needed.

Supplies production operations with raw materials to produce finished product.

Accurately completes all written logs related to customer MTP returns.

Ensures accurate inventory counts and notifies lead/supervisor of discrepancies.

Removes/Reworks damaged product on pallets.

Maintains a clean work area and performs general housekeeping duties on Master Cleaning Schedule.

Performs cycle counts as needed.

Load / unload dunnage trailers.

Load pallets and plastic onto trailers or other transportation vehicles.

Move raw material as directed.

Scans FG from all departments into warehouse location.

Complete proper paperwork for incoming / outgoing MTP.

Raw Materials:

Complete QA dig outs and return requests

Preform basic dunnage sort, stack and count procedures

Pallet inspections

Preform Receiving Functions

Record inbound receiving defects

Complete receiving checklist

Inspects incoming material

Verifies receipt items and quantity of inbound shipments

Fix/scrap returning warehouse damaged finished goods

Operate within MII system (queries, entries, look‑us)

Unload Railcars/Hopper trucks

Ensures accurate inventory counts and notifies lead/supervisor of discrepancies.

Removes/Reworks and damaged products on pallets.

Unload performs and sort into proper area

Move raw material as directed.

FG and Scrap Tagging at needed

Maintain dumpsters Scrap ticketing at needed

Complete shipping documents as needed
