R.E. Michel Company in State College, PA is seeking a Warehouse/Driver for a full-time, non-exempt role. You will safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and deliver to customer locations, while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidate must maintain a clean driving record, adhere to DOT regulations, and collaborate with team members to keep branch operations running smoothly. The role requires 18+ years old and may include occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory5-year driving record.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18 years old).
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Work Environment

Work Environment:Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety sensitive position.
