TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse & Driver Associate to bridge operations and customers. In the warehouse, you’ll store, organize, and prepare goods; on the road, you’ll deliver safely and on time with a customer-first mindset. You’ll use scanners and inventory systems while obeying safety protocols and route plans.

The role requires a valid license, warehouse/delivery experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

As a Warehouse & Driver Associate, you will bridge our operations and customers. In the warehouse, you’ll ensure products are stored, organized, and ready to go. On the road, you’ll represent the company by delivering goods safely, on time, and with a friendly attitude, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery using handheld scanners and inventory systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles with care to prevent damage.
• Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers, following assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or inventory issues quickly.
