Job summary

TruTeam in Fayetteville, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage material flow, inventory, receiving and shipping, while upholding safety and quality.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 8–10 hours, a valid driver s license, forklift certification, with local travel up to 25%.

You will perform loading/unloading, prepare orders, cycle counts, and maintain a clean, organized facility as part of a teamwork‑driven warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound material, stock material, process returns, and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain and clean the facility, including sweeping and trash removal.
• Inspect incoming material orders and conduct cycle counts.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured; occasional deliveries to job sites.

Warehouse Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse, including load in/load out activities, inventory, receiving and shipping.
• Load and unload installer trucks and ensure Load In / Load Out policies are adhered to.
• Pull or assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain, clean and organize the facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
• Inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors and conduct cycle counts.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage; make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
• Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation Range

$13.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
