TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse & Driver Associate to bridge operations and customers. In the warehouse, you’ll store, organize, and prepare goods; on the road, you’ll deliver safely and on time with a customer-first mindset. You’ll use scanners and inventory systems while obeying safety protocols and route plans.

The role requires a valid license, warehouse/delivery experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or both.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer-service mindset.
• Comfort with basic technology and scanners.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery using scanners.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles without damage.
• Deliver goods to customers following routes and schedules.
• Maintain delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch to resolve delivery or inventory issues.
