Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse & Driver Associate to bridge operations and customer delivery. You will store, organize, and prepare products in the warehouse and deliver goods to customers on schedule with a friendly approach.

Responsibilities include logging shipments, packing for delivery, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining safety and logs. This role requires a valid license, warehouse or delivery experience, and comfort with handheld scanners.

Qualifications

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus).
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or both.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort with basic technology, such as handheld scanners or route navigation apps.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

  • Drive company vehicles to deliver goods to customers, following assigned routes and schedules.
  • Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or inventory issues quickly.
