Job summary

Climate Pros is seeking a Refrigeration Service Technician in Tamarac, FL to perform journeyman-level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration systems for supermarkets, display cases, racks, and walk-in boxes.

You will work independently, travel as needed, and maintain detailed service notes, ensuring safety and quality workmanship while meeting company standards and customer satisfaction, with EPA certification required.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• EPA Certification Required.
• 5+ years of supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience.
• Experience with Novar, CPC, Danfoss Energy Management Controls, and Rack Refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Provide timely and quality repairs.
• Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches assigned.
• Follow company policy on all check-in and check-out procedures with all customers.

Job description

The Refrigeration Service Technician will enjoy working independently as a representative of Climate Pros. performing journeyman-level work in the maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor control systems commonly installed in supermarkets and single systems, parallel racks systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes. The technician will perform prescribed, routine maintenance, leak detection procedures, and service calls resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Provide timely and quality repairs.
• Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches assigned.
• Follow company policy on all check-in and check-out procedures with all customers.
