Job summary

Climate Pros, LLC is seeking a Refrigeration Service Technician to work independently maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems in supermarkets and display cases.

This role emphasizes journeyman-level work, high-quality service, and accurate documentation of repairs. Travel is required and EPA certification is preferred; 5+ years refrigeration experience recommended.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supermarket refrigeration/freezer experience.
• Experience with Novar, CPC, Danfoss Energy Management Controls, and Rack Refrigeration.
• EPA Certification Required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Be an honest team player with growth orientation and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Provide timely and quality repairs.
• Provide detailed notes and pictures in all dispatches assigned.

The Refrigeration Service Technician will enjoy working independently as a representative of Climate Pros. performing journeyman-level work in the maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration electrical, mechanical, and microprocessor control systems commonly installed in supermarkets and single systems, parallel racks systems, display cases, and walk-in boxes. The technician will perform prescribed, routine maintenance, leak detection procedures, and service calls resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.
