Job summary

Distribution International is seeking a local CDL truck driver to deliver and unload products to customer sites in a safety‑sensitive role. You will also assist in warehouse tasks and maintain strong customer relationships while navigating routes efficiently.

The job requires a valid CDL, 1 year of verifiable driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb. Start times vary early in the morning, with warehouse support about 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience (10,001-26,000 lbs).
• Acceptable DMV record.
• Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as needed.
• This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to customer locations.
• Assist in the warehouse to receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs during loading/unloading of trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company to customers.
• Read, write and understand English and use navigation software.
• Shift schedule varies from 5:30 am to 7:00 am start.
• Assist in the warehouse 20% of the time.
• Perform any other duty or task as assigned.

• Assist in the warehouse 20% of the time.

Travel Requirements

Eighty (80%) percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder of work activities are performed outdoors.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation

Range: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual offers depend on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
