R.E. Michel Company is seeking a Warehouse/Driver to join our Bethel Park, PA team.

This full-time, non-exempt role involves safely handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and deliver to customers, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to ensure efficient branch operations and maintaining a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Heating and Cooling systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in computer operations and Prophet 21 software.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions.
• Must be 18 years of age to operate a forklift.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate material handling equipment and vehicles to fulfill orders and make deliveries to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately servicing customer needs.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and adhere to DOT regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory5-year driving record.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and operate a forklift (must be at least 18 years old).
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Successful completion of pre-employment screens is required and must be 18 years of age to operate forklift.

Work Environment:

Join a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Expect a dynamic atmosphere with occasional exposure to extreme temperatures. Safety is paramount in this role, which may require physical exertion, including bending, climbing, and lifting. This is a safety sensitive position.
