KDC One is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support shipping documentation, data entry across ERP systems, and customer notifications for incoming component receipts. You will prepare BOLs and manage daily transactions across SAP, PipeChain, Macola, WiSys, and other portals.

The role partners with the Logistics Supervisor and QA to ensure accuracy, timely shipments, and compliance, while maintaining strong customer service and organized records.

Competenze

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Experience using ERP and supply chain management systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools for supply chain operations.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Professional, diplomatic, and team-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and verify all finished goods shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Work with QA to ensure COAs are ready before shipment.
• Prepare and send customer notifications for receipts and inventory.
• Monitor shipments in portals and internal systems; keep records current.
• Respond to customer inquiries about shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and stakeholders to obtain missing data.
• Support security and compliance by reviewing docs before freight release.
• Identify process improvements with IT and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain shipping, inventory, and customer docs across ERP systems.
• Prepare FedEx and UPS shipping labels and provide feedback.
• Assist with special projects, audits, reporting.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
