Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant to lead Manufacturing Warehouse & Dock Management initiatives. You will partner with clients to drive transformation in manufacturing facilities, including inbound/outbound flows and dock scheduling.

Responsibilities span requirements, data mapping, process design, and cross‑functional leadership, with emphasis on SAP S/4HANA and materials management. Travel as needed and mentoring of junior consultants are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Manufacturing Sector companies as a direct employee or consultant.
• Knowledgeable in Industry 4.0, digitization, AI/ML, Cloud, etc.
• Experience in process improvement in business operations.
• Strong oral and written communications skills, including presentations.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements at Manufacturing clients to transform facilities with new technologies to increase throughput and quality.
• Elicit and document requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Understand manufacturing and supply chain processes across engineering, production, quality control, procurement, planning, and distribution.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and develop data maps and business cases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across client and Infosys for transformation programs.
• Mentor junior consultants on the engagement team.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
