Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, seeks a Senior Consultant for Manufacturing Warehouse & Dock Management. The role focuses on partnering with client stakeholders to craft and execute strategy, including strategy, business case, requirements, design, and operations.

The position expects leadership, strong communication, and ability to drive transformations across manufacturing and supply chain. Travel and cross‑functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, AI/ML, Cloud.
• Strong communication and requirements elicitation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements at Manufacturing clients to address issues in updating and transforming facilities.
• Conduct interviews/workshops with SMEs to elicit requirements.
• Understand manufacturing and supply chain processes (production, quality, procurement, planning, distribution).
• Gather/analyze requirements, design data maps and business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Infosys across Manufacturing and Supply Chain transformation programs.
• Provide leadership and mentor junior consultants on engagements.
• Collaborate with technology delivery streams to deliver value to clients.
• Publish thought leadership on manufacturing trends and AI opportunities.
• Support business development and presales activities.
