Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, seeks a Senior Consultant for Manufacturing Warehouse & Dock Management. The role focuses on partnering with clients to craft and execute strategies across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain, delivering transformation programs and operational improvements.

Responsibilities include leading engagements, eliciting requirements, and mentoring junior staff, with opportunities to contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Manufacturing sector.
• Knowledgeable in Industry 4.0, digitization, AI/ML, Cloud.
• Experience in process improvement, requirements elicitation, and analysis.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements at manufacturing clients to transform facilities with new technologies.
• Conduct interviews/workshops to elicit and document requirements.
• Understand key manufacturing and supply chain processes such as engineering, production, quality control, and planning.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, map data, and build business cases for transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Support business development and assist in presales activities.
