Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant focused on Inventory and Material Control in a manufacturing context. The role centers on partnering with client stakeholders to define strategy and execute transformation programs across manufacturing and supply chain processes.

The successful candidate will lead projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional Infosys teams to deliver value. Travel to client sites is expected on occasion.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing industry trends and transformations (Industry 4.0, digitization, AI/ML, Cloud).
• Experience in leading projects and guiding teams within manufacturing or consulting contexts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements at manufacturing clients to transform facilities with new technologies.
• Elicit and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs.
• Understand manufacturing and supply chain processes (engineering, production, procurement, planning, distribution).
• Develop data maps and business cases to support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
