Job summary

The successful candidate will load and unload shipments, inspect goods, and maintain an organized dock area while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Prior warehouse experience and basic computer skills are desired.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and secure materials using manual and mechanical methods (pallets, skids, platforms, containers, and transport vehicles).
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
  • Operate pneumatic and power tools such as torque wrenches, nail guns, and impact guns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Dock Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, preparing products for transport, and maintaining a safe, organized dock area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, move, and secure materials using manual and mechanical methods (pallets, skids, platforms, containers, and transport vehicles)
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery
  • Operate pneumatic and power tools such as torque wrenches, nail guns, and impact guns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

  • Must be able to work in a smoke-free facility for the duration of the shift
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
