6AM City, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate & Forklift Operator to support our distribution team in a fast-paced environment. You will move materials, fulfill orders, load/unload shipments, and help keep inventory accurate.

This role requires operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely, with attention to detail and reliability. You will work in a standard warehouse and participate in cycle counts and safety practices.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate & Forklift Operator to join our distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for material movement, order fulfillment, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory.

This position operates in a standard, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment and requires active physical work alongside daily operation of powered industrial equipment. If you take pride in safety, efficiency, and keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to have you on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks to transport, stack, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Loading & Unloading: Unload incoming freight from trailers and shipping containers, verifying piece counts and product condition against bill of lading (BOL) documents.
• Order Picking & Staging: Accurate picking, packing, and staging of customer orders using pick tickets or RF scanners.
• Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory checks, and stock replenishment to maintain proper location accuracy.
• Facility Maintenance & Safety: Keep aisles clear, maintain a clean workstation, and strictly adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach) in a warehouse or distribution setting. Forklift certification is preferred.
• Environment Comfort: Ability to work comfortably in a standard, ambient (non-climate-controlled) warehouse environment where temperatures fluctuate with the weather.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts, and safely maneuver equipment in tight aisle spaces.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic math proficiency, experience with RF scanners, and clear communication skills.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and a team-first mindset.
