Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documents.
  • Report shortages, overages, damaged products, or discrepancies to management.
  • Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load outbound shipments and ensure secure, accurate shipping.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
  • Report shortages, overages, damaged products, or discrepancies to management.
  • Accurately label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and proper stock rotation.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment as needed.
  • Load outbound shipments while ensuring products are secured and shipped accurately.
  • Assist with stocking shelves, relocating inventory, and maintaining warehouse organization.
  • Keep warehouse, receiving, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and safe material handling procedures.
  • Report equipment maintenance needs, safety concerns, or inventory issues promptly.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
