Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator I, Warehouse & Distribution Operations in Johns Creek, GA for 2nd shift (3:00PM – 11:30PM EST). You will pick, stock, and pack materials, maintain accurate inventory, and operate RF scanners in a fast-paced distribution center.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and fluency in English, with experience in order picking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and SAP/Cherry Picker familiarity preferred. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stock, and pack accurately and safely in a warehouse environment.
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts and organized work areas.
• Operate RF scanners and order-picking equipment to move goods.
• Move and position pallets and materials using lifting devices.
• Meet daily productivity and safety metrics, coordinating shipments.
• Collaborate with teammates to adhere to standard processes and procedures.
