Job summary

Resonant is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Supervisor to oversee daily activities in a fast-paced industrial warehouse. You will supervise distribution associates, coordinate shipping schedules, and ensure timely outbound shipments while maintaining accuracy of inventory records.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential for maintaining safety and efficiency. Requires 5 years of distribution experience with 1+ year in a leadership role; college degree preferred;

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Five years of experience required, including 1+ year of leadership responsibility.
• Trainer certification is a plus.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution associates to ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operation.
• Develop and implement shipping work schedules and assignments for efficiency.
• Coach and discipline employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Direct outbound shipments to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain records and reports of warehouse activity; supervise planning meetings.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA compliance; maintain a neat, organized warehouse.
