Job summary

Bulldog Hardware is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the 2nd shift to direct shipping and receiving operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, productivity, and quality. You will supervise staff, coordinate with distribution leadership on shift schedules, and uphold company policies and housekeeping standards.

The role requires distribution center experience and supervisory skills, with strong communication and organizational abilities to drive improvements across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of distribution center experience
• 1–2 years supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution center
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized with ability to handle multiple tasks
• Strong initiative and drive for results
• High level of interpersonal skills to positively affect improvements

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of the shipping and receiving departments in a safe and efficient manner
• Supervise the assigned employees with respect to safety, productivity and quality standards
• Work closely with the Leader, Distribution to establish shift schedules and maintain adherence to policies
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure safety standards are met
