Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Saco, ME seeks a Distribution Material Handler for 1st shift, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. You will load/unload trailers, pick, store, label, and prepare shipments, using RF scanners and voice-picking.

Safety and inventory accuracy are emphasized as you support a fast-paced warehouse environment. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a team dedicated to quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to receive, store, pick, move and distribute products and materials.
• Ability to safely operate powered material handling equipment.
• Experience with RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and warehouse tech.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers with palletized and non-palletized products and POS materials.
• Sort and store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Assemble customer orders, palletize, stretch wrap shipments, prepare products for distribution.
• Label incoming/outgoing products with dates, codes, and counts.
• Verify quantities and utilize RF/voice-picking per guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move inventory.
• Prepare warehouse areas for cycle counts and inventory activities.
• Perform safety checks and maintain clean work areas.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report injuries or equipment concerns promptly.
