Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Distribution Material Handler for 1st shift in our Massachusetts facility. You will receive, store, pick, and ship products and POS materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the warehouse. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch during shift.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products and POS materials from trailers.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, palletize, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify labels, date codes, descriptions, quantities, route numbers, and pallet counts.
• Utilize warehouse technology including RF scanners and voice-picking equipment.
• Transport products throughout the warehouse using approved equipment.
• Prepare warehouse areas for cycle counts and inventory activities.
• Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance checklists.
• Follow safety, food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain clean work areas and keep aisles exits clear.
• Follow proper lifting and material handling procedures.
• Report injuries and safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
